Polaris Car Care is a detailing brand built by car enthusiasts, for car enthusiasts. No inflated prices, no gimmicks. Just products that actually work.

Polaris was founded by Antanas Kubilius and Jacob Klepacki, two car guys who were tired of paying premium prices for products that didn't earn it. Jacob brings hands-on professional detailing experience, including work on exotic and luxury vehicles. Antanas handles brand strategy and operations.

We're based in Chicago, IL, United States. The Nova is designed in Chicago and made in China.

Drying towels today, starting with the Nova: a 1300 GSM twisted-loop microfiber drying towel. Polaris Microfiber Detergent, made specifically for microfiber towels, is next. A foam cannon and a pH-neutral foam wash made for it are in development and in testing on our own cars. We also make magnetic plate covers with the Polaris mark as merch.

Yes. We use every product on our own cars before we sell it. Jacob's professional detailing background sets the bar.

Wash cold (30°C / 86°F max) with a microfiber-safe detergent. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dryer sheets. Wash separately from cotton. Air dry, or tumble dry low with no heat. Full guide: Towel Care Guide.

Yes. Polaris Microfiber Detergent is next. A foam cannon and the foam wash that goes in it are in development; they launch once we're happy using them on our own cars, so there are no dates yet. Our plate covers are decorative accessories. Laws on covering or framing a license plate vary by state, so check the rules where you drive before fitting one and read the legal disclaimer on the plate cover product page. You are responsible for how the plate is displayed on your vehicle.

Every chemical product page has a safety block with a link to its Safety Data Sheet (SDS), the signal word from the label and first-aid directions. Need one before it is on the page? Email support@polariscarcare.com and we will send the PDF.

Free shipping on orders $50+, to all 50 states, no code needed. Orders under $50 pay standard shipping, shown at checkout.

Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Currently we ship within the US. International shipping is something we're actively working toward.

No. Chemical and liquid products ship by ground within the contiguous 48 states only, and not to PO boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses. An order that contains a liquid product ships by ground as a whole. Full details: Shipping policy.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate before it ships.

Returns are for defective products only. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@polariscarcare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, before sending anything, and we will replace it or refund it. Tools and equipment are covered for manufacturing defects for 90 days. Items that aren't defective can't be returned or exchanged, opened or unopened. Full policy: Returns & Refunds.
