Shipping & Returns


Delivery Options

We Ship Nationwide

Free — Always

Free Shipping on Every Order

All US orders ship free — no minimum required. Standard delivery arrives in 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS. We ship to US domestic addresses only.

Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may extend to 3 business days — we'll always keep you in the loop.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will begin processing the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to become active after you receive the notification.

Policy

30-Day Returns

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, reach out — we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item meets all conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All original labels and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The product has not been used, tested, or tampered with in any way
Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all liquid or chemical products — including soaps, dressings, air fresheners, cleaners, and coatings — once opened or partially used.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Polaris Car Care reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.

    Email Us Send a message to hello@polariscarcare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization and next steps.

    Ship It Back Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

    Refund Issued Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Final Sale: Sale items, limited releases, and items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Received a defective product? Wrong item in the box? We'll fix it immediately — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Just reach out and we'll get the right product to you as fast as possible.

In cases of our error, we cover all return and re-shipment costs. This is a promise.

When will I get tracking?

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships — typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel orders within 12 hours of placement, before they move to fulfillment. Email us immediately at hello@polariscarcare.com and we'll do our best.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, give it 24 hours and check with neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you're taken care of.
